Beverly Winsted, PA-C graduated from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in 1984. She practiced in Pediatrics, OB/Gyn, ENT, and then specialized in Geriatric Medicine and wound care. She lectured in many Physician Assistant Conferences on polypharmacy, pain management, palliative care and end of life issues. She also gave lectures in the Physician Assistant program at Wake Forest University School of Medicine NC . In addition, Beverly was on the NC Physician Assistant Health Committee for years. She is now retired, but continues to keep up to date with the latest medical issues.
